A tribute to late comedian Spike Milligan.

This was an experiment in using Adobe Flash - a piece of software used to add interactive and animated content to web sites. The characters are based on the poem "On the Ning Nang Nong" and are inspired by Victorian cartoons and Spike's unique sense of humour.
